Return Policies

Please check your load. No adjustments can be made if not called to our attention at the time of delivery.

Please do not try to return something that has been cut, nailed, or otherwise altered since purchase. No credit can be given for such items.

Please understand that if you leave lumber out in the rain for two months before you use it and find that it has warped, that really is not our fault.

All returns MUST be accompanied by your invoice. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. No returns will be accepted after thirty days.

Special or custom orders cannot be returned, so please be sure of what you need before you order it.

Account Terms and Information

There is a monthly finance charge of 1-1/2% of the unpaid balance (18% per annum).

On all credit accounts, the customer agrees to pay all collection fees and court costs. Lien rights will be exercised on unpaid accounts.

All terms for credit accounts are "1% 10 Net 30 days" unless otherwise noted on your invoice.

Delivery Policy

There is a $100 minimum order required for free metro area delivery.

For orders under $100, there will be a $20 delivery fee attached to orders delivered in the metro Oklahoma City area.

For orders outside the metro Oklahoma City area, the fee will be either $1.50 per mile (one way), or $20, whichever is greater.
